02 Jul Valid Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CORP) can now travel to Canada

As of June 21st, immigrants who hold a Valid Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CORP) can now travel to Canada.

The Government of Canada previously announced that people holding a valid CORP on or before March 18, 2020 were exempt from travelling due to Covid-19 restrictions.  However, those which were issued after March 18, 2020 could come if they met one of Canada’s other travel exemptions or were a resident of the United States and were moving to Canada to settle permanently.  More information to be posted on IRCC’S website regarding how to obtain a new CORP.
